Calling all naughty gurls...it's time for another Fem Fun Day at Club F2F! The 2009 CLIP film festival (formerly Tampa Gay & Lesbian Film Festival) is going on NOW. The festival and it's related events started Oct 9th and will continue through the grand finale showings on October 18th. (Alas this website does not have enough writers to report on the whole thing!) Of special note this year are the films St Trinian's, a comic romp which features a crosdressed Rupert Everett as the headmistress of the titular girl's school Her Name Was Stephen, a documentary about our own hometown girl Susan Stanton Prodigal Sons, a documentary study of sibling rivalry between a transwoman and her estranged brother |
